【摘要】 目的 探讨产科急性DIC的早期诊断和有效的救治方法，降低DIC的死亡率。方法 对9例产科急性DIC的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果 本组9例均应用肝素给予抗凝治疗。子宫切除6例，剖宫产3例；治愈7例，死亡2例。结论

    【Abstract】 Objective To investigate early diagnosis and effectual rescue methods In the acute DIC of obstetrics,reduce mortality of DIC.Methods 9 cases clinical materials of the acute DIC of obstetrics were analysis retro-spective.Results The group of all 9 cases were treated with nticoagulants. All were applied with Heparin. Hysterectomy were performed in 6 cases,Cesarean section were performed in 3 cases,7 cases were cured and 2 cases were died.Conclusion In the course of the rescue for DIC, the key to rescuing DIC lies in diagnosing early-getting rid of pathogeny timely,applying Heparin audaciously and rationally,as soon as possible,replenishing coagulate blood factor,performing Hysterectomy resolutely in necessarily. ......
