摘要：目的：观察来氟米特联合激素治疗以肾病综合征为主要表现的IgA肾病的疗效。方法：经常规疗法无效的此类IgA肾病12例，给予来氟米特联合中等剂量的激素治疗，观察24h尿蛋白定量、血白蛋白、血胆固醇、血肌酐、血尿素氮、肝功能、血常规，以及用药期间所有不良反应。结果：用药后完全缓解3例(25.0.3%)，显著缓解2例(16.7%)，部分缓解3例(25.0%)，无效4例(33.3%)，总有效率66.7%。仅有2例谷丙转氨酶轻度升高。3例轻度腹泻及乏力，1例带状疮疹。结论：来氟米特是治疗以肾病综合征为主要表现的IgA肾病的一种安全有效药物。

    The Clinical Analysis of Leflunomide on IgA Nephopathy(Nephritis Syndrome Type)

    Abstract: Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Leflunomide plus prednisone for IgA nephopathy(nephritis syndrome tipe). Methods: Twelve cases suffering from IgA nephopathy (nephritis syndrome tipe) which were ineffective with rountine treatment were given Leflunomide plus prednisone. To investigate the 24h proteiuria excretion, serum albumin levels, blood urea nitrogen(BUN),serum creatinine(Scr), cholesterol, blood rountine, liver function and all adverse reaction among treatment. Result: Three cases complete remission, two cases obvious effect, three cases parently remission, four cases no effective , the total effective rate was 66.7%. Two cases SGPT increased, three cases lightly diarrhea and to be tired, one case herpes zoster. Conclusion: It is effective and safety that Leflunomide was treated IgA nephopathy (nephritis syndrome type). ......
