摘要：目的：为了提高整体护理的质量，病人不仅需要高超的医疗护理技术，而且更需要优质的服务-人文关怀。方法：通过开展内强素质，外树形象，注重传播技巧与心理沟通。结果：人文关怀让病人感受到护士的关心与照顾，使护患关系更融洽，通过问卷调查病人的满意度由原来的88%提高到98%。结论：高超护理技术与人文关怀相结合是提高整体护理的重要体现。

    Humanitarian Concern is the Epitome of High Quality Nursing

    Abstract: Objective: In order to improve the quality of integral nursing, we realize that patients require not only excellent medical care but also humanitarian concern .Methods: In our research, we consolidated the internal virtue and external image of the nurses in our hospital. Meanwhile we also emphasized the importance of psychological communication between the nurses and the patients. Results: Humanitarian concern improves nursing quality and the rapport between medical staff and patients. According to our questionnaire the patients’ satisfaction rate increased from 88% before our research to 98% by the end of the research. Conclusion: Humanitarian concern as well as high quality nursing technique is the epitome of high quality nursing. ......
