摘要：目的：探讨具有治疗妊娠剧吐可靠疗效的药物。方法：在治疗组、对照组病情无明显差异的情况下，维持生理需要的同时治疗组应用654-Ⅱ，对照组应用VB6，均常规应用3d，观察临床表现。结果：治疗组40例3d治愈率100%，停药后复发5%；对照组3d治愈率77.5%，好转15%，无效5%，停药复发20%。经统计学处理验证(p<0.01),治疗组明显优于对照组。结论：654-Ⅱ治疗妊娠剧吐疗程短、见效快、复发率低、副作用小、疗效安全可靠。通过临床近远期随访，治疗组新生儿-幼儿期均无不良影响。值得推广应用。

    The Clinical Study of 654-II in Treating Hyperemesis Gravidarum

    Abstract: Objective: To find the effective drug in treating hyperemesis gravidarum. Method: If there's on significant difference between the treating group and comparing group. In treating group we used 654-II, while vitamin B6 in comparing group both of them for 3 days. And then observe the clinical symtom. Result: The three days cure rate is 100% in treating group (40 cases) the recurrence rate is 5% after using the frug. The cure rate better non-effect and recurrence rate is 77.5%, 15%, 5% and 30% respectively in comparing group for 3 days treatment. The stastic in treating group is superior to conparing group. Conclusion: 654-II in treating hyperemesis gravidarum is safe effective soon in a short period. And there's seldom side effect with low recurrence rate. It's worth applying after the long-term followed up in clinical and there's no bad effect on neonate-infant treating group. ......
