摘要：目的：总结颅脑损伤急诊手术的配合经验，提高手术成功率。方法：2003年至2004年间在本院进行的42例颅脑损伤急诊手术中，医护人员熟悉和掌握颅脑手术的程序和步骤，各司其职，默契配合，保证手术顺利进行。结果：手术成功38例，死亡3例，自动出院1例。 结论：手术室护士必须有良好的心理素质、高度的责任心、熟练的急救技术和应急能力，在最短时间内备齐所需物品，手术过程中要与医生同步，相互配合，确保手术顺利完成。

    Cooperating Experience of 42 Cases Brain-damaye in Emergency

    Abstract： Objective： Summarizing the cooperating experience of the brain-damage emergency treatment in order to advance the success rate. Method： In 42 case of brain-damage surgery from 2003 to 2004, the doctors and nurses were on top of following the surgery process, cooperated well and ensured the surgery going on wheels. Result： The successful cases are 38, and the deaths are 3. One case is leaving hospital automatically. Conclusion： The nurses of operating room should have good psychological quality, high sense of responsibility and skilled first-aid technique. So they could prepare all things needed in shortest time and cooperate with the doctors well to complete the operation. ......
