【摘要】 目的 探讨新生体检中心动过速的原因。方法 对2004级新生采用整群抽样，对心动过速者进行心电图检查。结果 心动过速发生率为10.15%，其中窦性心动过速、室上性心动过速占97.83%，室性心动过速占2.17%；吸烟、喝酒的学生心动过速发生率87.68%(P<0.01)。结论 对入学新生进行健康教育，培养良好的生活方式至关重要；体育运动中应关注学生的生理状况，以防学生意外的校园突发事件。

    【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the new students' cause of tachycardia in physical examination. Methods The new students who registered in 2004 were investigated by an objective cluster sampling method. The students who suffered from tachycardia were provided an examination of electrocardiogram.Results The rate of tachycardia was 10.15%. Sinus tachycardia and supraventricular paroxysmal tachycardia were 97.83% among the tachycardia. Ventricular tachycardia was 2.17%. The rate of tachycardia was 87.7% among the smoker and the drinker (P<0.01).Conclusion It is very important to provide a course of health education to the new students and help them develop good life style. Meanwhile the new students' physiological state should be paid close attention to in sports so as to avoid accidents in schoolyard. ......
