针刺结合穴位注射治疗难治性尿潴留疗效观察

     摘要：目的：探讨针刺结合穴位注射治疗难治性尿潴留的效果，为这类疾病的治疗寻找安全、有效的方法。方法：采用针刺结合穴位注射新斯的明治疗30例难治性尿潴留的患者，运用B超测定残余尿量对疗效进行评定，并设对照组进行疗效对比观察。结果：针刺结合穴位注射治疗难治性尿潴留有效率达93.3%。优于对照组(P<0.001)。结论：针刺结合穴位注射治疗难治性尿潴留是一种安全有效的方法。

    Clinical Observation on Acupucture in Conjunction with Acupoints Injection in Treating hard to Cure Urinary Retention

    Abstract：Objective:To evaluate the clinical effect of acupucture in conjunction with acupoints injection in the treatment of hard to cure urinary retention .To find a safty, effective method to cure these diseases. Methods:30 cases of hard to cure urinary retention patients were treated by injection of neostigmine and in conjunction with acupucture,then use B ultrasonic to examine remains urine,and determine its effect and design observation group to compare. Results:The total effective rate was 93.3% superior to that of observation group.Conclusion:Acupucture in conjunction with neostgmine acupoints injection is a safty, effective method in treating hard to cure urinary retention. ......
