摘要：目的：纯化桑叶多糖并测定其含量。方法：采用10%三氯乙酸、大孔树脂初步纯化桑叶多糖，采用硫酸-蒽酮法对其含量进行测定。结果：用三氯乙酸除蛋白的方法是可行的；桑叶中多糖的平均含量为2.62%，平均回收率为98.81%，RSD为2.08%。结论：该法可作为桑叶中多糖的含量测定方法。关键词：桑叶多糖；提取纯化；硫酸蒽酮法
Purification and Determination of Polysaccharide in Morus alba L.

Abstract:Objective:To purify and determine the contents of polysaccharide in Morus alba L.Methods:The polysaccharide were preliminarily purified by 10% trichloroacetic acid and resin. The contents of polysaccharide were determined by sulfuric acid anthrone method and detected at 620 nm by UV/Visible spectrophotometry.Results:The average contents of polysaccharide in Morus alba L. was 2.62%. The recovery rate was 98.81% with 2.08% of RSD(n＝5).Conclusion:The sulfuric acid anthrone method is reasonable.
