【摘要】 目的 观察单味中药对子宫肌瘤之影响。方法 应用terazolium (MTT)反应法, 针对传统中药以50%乙醇之萃取物进行子宫肌瘤细胞生长抑制试验。结果 发现20种单味中药 (吴茱萸, 王不留行 , 水蛭等)对子宫肌瘤细胞抑制率较正常子宫细胞明显增高。结论 子宫肌瘤细胞半致死量浓度(IC50)之测定,较正常子宫细胞为低, 显示这些中药对子宫肌瘤细胞较为敏感, 应可经由细胞凋亡的途径, 而抑制子宫肌瘤细胞生长。

    Effects of Chinese herb on myoma

    【Abstract】 By observe in our thaditional Chinese Herbs cure Myoma of the uterus repress growing test.Methods Use of tetrazolium (MTT) in our traditional Chinese 50%alcohol natural prod ucts repreess growing test those herbs are more effective in repress Myoma cell.Results We found 20 kinds of Chinese Herbs ( Evodiae Feuctur , Vaccariae Semen , Hirudo，etc ) , those herbs are more effective in repress Myoma cell than normal Myoma cell.Conclusion We conclude that Di-Darg Tang and Vaccaria seed is well tolerated , safe ,and effective ; The test shows that those herbs are more sensitive on Myoma cell , Bcl-2 protein can repress Myoma cell by apoptosis.
