【摘要】 目的 探讨清热祛痹散治疗类风湿关节炎的临床疗效。方法 比较40例类风湿关节炎患者服用清热祛痹散前后临床及实验室指标。结果 治疗后与治疗前相比患者的晨僵、休息痛、双手平均握力、压痛关节数、压痛指数、肿胀关节数、肿胀指数、C反应蛋白(CRP)均取得了明显改善。结论 清热祛痹散是治疗类风湿关节炎的有效制剂。

    【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of qing re qv bi san in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis patients.Methods To find the difference of patients symptom and experimental evidence at the begin and at the end of treatment.Results The number of painful joint,number of swelled joint,duration time of morning stiffness and grip strength,CRP showed significant improvement.Conclusion Qing re qv bi san can treat the rheumatoid arthritis effectively.
