化痰活血方对高脂血症大鼠血脂代谢的影响及其抗氧化作用

     摘要:目的:观察化痰活血方对高脂血症大鼠血脂和脂质过氧化的影响。方法:采用高脂乳剂建立大鼠高脂血症模型,给予化痰活血方治疗,检测大鼠血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、脂质过氧化物(LPO)等各项指标。结果:化痰活血方显著降低高脂血症大鼠血清TC、TG、LDL-C、ApoB100、MDA水平,升高血清HDL-C、HDL2-C、ApoAI、SOD的水平,与模型组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:化痰活血方不仅对高脂血症大鼠的血脂代谢紊乱具有良好的调节作用,而且能提高高脂血症大鼠抗氧化能力。

    The Effect of Huatan Huoxue Fang on Blood Lipid Metabolism and Antioxidation in Experimental Hyperlipidemia Rats

    Abstract:Objective:To observe effects of Huatan Huoxue Fang on the blood lipid metabolism and antioxidation in hyperlipidemia rats. Methods:Feeding with lipidemia emulsion to establish the hyperlipidemia in model for detecting the various indexes of lipid and antioxidation including the total cholesterol (TC) , triglyceride (TG), low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C), high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) , HDL2-C, apolipoprotein A (ApoAI)and apolipoprotein B (ApoB100) , superoxide dismutase (SOD) and malondialdehyde (MDA).Results:Huatan Huoxue Fang could obviously decrease the levels of TC, TG, LDL-C, ApoB100, MDA and increase the levels of HDL-C, HDL2-C, ApoAI, SOD in rats' blood, showing obvious difference from the model group(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Conclusion:The Huatan Huoxue Fang not only possess obvious effect of regulating the disorder of lipid circulation of hyperlipidemia rats,but also can increase the antioxidation against lipid peroxidein. ......
