半枝莲中总黄酮和多糖的微波提取与含量测定

     摘要:目的:从半枝莲中提取总黄酮和多糖,并测定其含量。方法:运用微波技术提取半枝莲总黄酮和多糖,用比色法测定总黄酮和多糖含量。结果:测得半枝莲中总黄酮含量为3.74%,平均回收率为98.91%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为2.01%(n=5);多糖含量为5.79%,平均回收率为101.3%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为3.0%(n=5)。结论:运用微波技术从半枝莲中联合提取总黄酮和多糖,反应速度加快,提高了提取效率。

    Microwave Extraction and Determination of Total Flavonoids and Polysaccharides in Scutellaria barbata D.Don

    Abstract:Objective:To extract and determine total flavonoids and polysaccharides in Scutellaria barbata D.Don.Methods:Total flavonoids and polysaccharides in Scutellaria barbata D.Don were extracted by microwave technology and determined by colorimetry.Results:Total flavonoids in Scutellaria barbata D.Don was 3.74%,and recovery rate was 98.91%,RSD was 2.01%(n=5);Polysaccharides in Scutellaria barbata D.Don was 5.79%,and recovery rate was 101.3%,RSD was 3.0%(n=5).Conclusion:Microwave technology was applied to extracting total flavonoids and polysaccharides in Scutellaria barbata D.Don for the first time. The reaction speed is faster and the result is satisfactory. ......
