     【摘要】 单克隆抗体从问世到应用于临床,经历了一段曲折的发展历程,其中基因工程抗体是一个重要的里程碑,并伴随着一系列重大的技术革新。利用抗体工程技术可研制出性能和特点各不相同的高效治疗性抗体,如增强效应功能的全长抗体、传递细胞毒作用的免疫毒素、抗体与细胞因子连接的融合蛋白,以及锚定多种受体的双特异抗体等。本综述介绍了近年来治疗性抗体工程的进展。

    Progress and application of new-style engineering antibody used for therapeutic

    【Abstract】 When monoclonal antibody comes into being,it has been an uneven way in its widely clinical applications. But the engineered antibody sets an important milestone with a series of technology renovations .A diversity of engineered antibody forms have been created to improve their efficacy, including enhancing the effector functions of full-length antibodies, delivering toxins to kill cells or cytokines in order to stimulate the immune system, and bispecific antibodies to target multiple receptors and so on. The review almost focuses on this new progress of engineering antibody used for treatment.
