    摘要:目的 建立测定β-榄香烯微乳剂中β-榄香烯含量的高效液相色谱法。方法 采用 Diamonsil C18 色谱 柱 (250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm),以甲醇-乙腈-水(体积比 40∶45∶15)为流动相,流速1.0 mL·min-1,检测波长 230 nm,柱温为室温。结果 β-榄香烯在 0.2~1.0 g·L-1 内呈良好的线性关系,相关系数 r = 0.999 9,精密度试验的 RSD 为 0.40%,方法平均回收率为 98.5%,其RSD为 0.69%(n=9)。结论 该方法为评价β-榄香烯微乳剂的质量提供了可靠保证。

    Determination of β-elemene in the micro- emulsion by HPLC

    Abstract: Objective To establish the analytical method for β-elemene in the micro-emulsion. Methods The content of β-elemene was determined by HPLC. Diamonsil-C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)was used. The mobile phase consisted of methanol, acetonitrile and water (40: 45: 15,V: V: V). The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1 and the UV detector was set at 230 nm. The column temperature was ambient temperature. Results The calibration curve was linear(r=0.999 9) within the concentration range of 0.2~1.0 g·L-1 for β-elemene. The RSD of precision was 0.40%. The average recovery were 98.5% with RSD of 0.69%(n=9). Conclusions The method is suitable for the quality control the β-elemene micro-emulsion.
