离心造粒粉末层积法制备烟酸微丸

    摘要:目的 研究离心造粒粉末层积法制备烟酸微丸。方法 采用BZJ-360M离心包衣造粒机制备微晶纤维素空白母核和烟酸微丸并且通过产率、粒径、粒径分布、堆密度、表面形态和圆整度、脆碎度和释放度等指标对烟酸微丸进行质量评价。结果 以水为润湿剂,微晶纤维素空白母核32~40目的收率为80.3%;在空白母核的基础上以3%(w)HPMC水溶液为黏合剂,以含烟酸91%(w)微晶纤维素9%(w)混合物为层积粉料,所得含药微丸20~24目的收率为91%(w),药物含量为71%(w)。结论 在优化条件下采用离心造粒粉末层积法制备的烟酸微丸表面圆整光滑,粒径均一,硬度合格,流动性好,无骨架结构。

    Preparation of nicotinic acid pellets by centrifugal granulation technology

    Abstract: objective To prepare nicotinic acid pellets in a centrigugal granulator by powder layering technology. Methods Nicotinic acid and MCC pellets were prepared by means of powder layering with the centrifugal granulation equipment , evaluated by yield percentage ,angle of repose ,bulk density ,friability, etc. Results The yields of nicotinic acid pellets was 91% and drug content was 71%. Conclutions The nicotinic acid pellets are spherical with good fluidity, regular rigidity and without construction of cage.
