    摘 要:目的 总结挤出滚圆法制备药用微丸过程中处方及工艺因素的影响。方法 收集和整理国内外相关文献,结合自身科研工作的经验,以微丸性质和药物释放为指标,考察挤出滚圆法的各影响因素。结果 处方组成及制备工艺对微丸的性质及释药均有不同程度的影响。 结论 通过控制挤出滚圆中各种参数,可获得粉体学性质良好,释放符合要求,载药量较高的微丸产品。

    Various effects of extrusion-spheronization process on properties and drug release rate of pellets

    Abstract: Objective To review the effects of formulations and extrusion- spheronization process factors on the quantity of pellets. Method According to plenty of articles concerned and experiments, this paper summarized various effects during the extrusion-spheronization process. Results It was showed that formulations and process factors during extrusion-spheronization influented the pellets’ properties prominently. Conclusion It is possible to obtain pellets with good micromeritics characteristics, appropriate drug release rate and high drug loading by adjusting formulations and factors during extrusion- spheronization process.
