加替沙星软胶囊剂处方的研究

摘要：目的 研究加替沙星软胶囊内容物的最佳处方。方法 以药物溶出度为考察指标，用紫外分光光度法测定加替沙星软胶囊溶出度，并对其内容物处方进行比较筛选。结果 以m(PEG400)∶m(甘油)∶m(水)= 20∶1∶1的混悬液为内容物处方，所制备的加替沙星软胶囊溶出迅速完全，稳定性好。结论 加替沙星软胶囊最优基质处方为m(PEG400)∶m∶(甘油)∶m(水)= 20∶1∶1。

Study on the formulation of gatiflocaxin soft gelatin capsules

Abstract: Objective To choose the optimum formulation of gatiflocaxin soft gelatin capsules . Method UV method was established to determine the dissolution of gatifloxacin from the soft gelatin capsules. With the dissolution as the index , several different formulations were studied and compared in the experiment.Results The gatifloxacin soft gelatin capsules ,which were prepared with the mixture of PEG 400, glycerin and water (m:m:m = 20:1:1) , dissolved quickly and adequately. Conclusion The appropriate formulation is the mixture of PEG 400,glycerin and water(m:m:m = 20:1:1).
