    摘要:目的 研制盐酸丁咯地尔缓释片,进行了体外释放度试验,并对其释药影响因素进行了考察。方法 以羟丙基甲基纤维素和丙烯酸树脂为骨架材料,EC乙醇溶液作为粘合剂,湿法制粒压片,HPMC包衣。结果 低粘度的HPMC K100LV缓释片释药速度较快,而高粘度的HPMC K4M、K15M、K100M均有良好的缓释作用,且这3种骨架片之间的释药速率差别不大。压片力对骨架片的释药影响无显著差异。结论 凝胶骨架片的释药情况与HPMC的粘度有一定关系。自行研制的缓释片缓释效果良好。

    Studies on buflomedil hydrochloride sustained release tablets and factors affecting release

    Abstract: Objectives To prepare buflomedil hydrochloride sustained release tablets and study on its factors affecting release . Method The sustained release tablets(BH)were prepared with HPMC and EC by wetting granulation procedure ,and coated by Eudragite . Results The release of the BH sustained release tablets prepared by HPMC K100LV (low viscosity) is fast. While the BH sustained release tablets prepared by HPMC K4M、HPMC K15M、HPMC K100M(high viscosity )have better sustained release effects and their release rates are similar. It is no difference between the release of BH sustained release tablets prepared at various pressures. Conclusion The release of BH sustained release tablets correlates with the viscosity of HPMC .
