【摘要】 目的 探讨卡介苗多糖核酸治疗慢性荨麻疹的疗效。方法 治疗组和对照组均口服扑尔敏2周，治疗组同时加用卡介苗多糖核酸肌肉注射6周，疗程结束后随访3个月，并测定患者治疗前后血中IgE水平。结果 治疗组有效率和复发率分别为91.07%、12.50%，与对照组比较差异均有显著性，而且IgE水平下降至正常水平。 结论 卡介苗多糖核酸治疗慢性荨麻疹的疗效肯定，值得临床推广应用。

    Clinical observation on chronic urticaria treated by BCG-PSN

    【Abstract】 Objective To study the clinical effect of bacillus calmette-guerin polysaccharide nucleic acid(BCG-PSN) on the patients with chronic urticaria.Methods All the patients of the cure group and the control group took chlorpheniramin for 2 weeks, and at the same time the patients of the cure group were added to BCG-PSN by muscle injection for 6 weeks, then were followed up for 3 months. and the level of IgE were tested at pretreatment and after treatment.Results The effective rate and relapse rate of the cure group were 91.07% and 12.50% respectively, the differences between them and those of normal group was significant(P<0.05)respectively, and the level of IgE would descend to normal.Conclusion BCG-PSN is an effective treatment for chronic urticaria. ......
