【摘要】 目的 分析采用改良的泪囊鼻腔吻合术治疗鼻泪管阻塞患者的临床疗效。方法 回顾我科所做的879例采用改良的泪囊鼻腔吻合术治疗鼻泪管阻塞患者的术后效果。结果 本组病例中797例(90.7%)达到手术治愈，解除烦恼溢泪症状。结论 我科所采用改良的泪囊鼻腔吻合术是治疗鼻泪管阻塞患者的有效方法。【关键词】 泪囊鼻腔吻合术;泪囊炎;溢泪
A clinical analysis of dacrocystorhinostomy in 879 cases

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the useful treatment for the dacrycystrhinostomy to deal with the patients with epiphora and chronic dacryocystitis.Methods Using a modified surgical procedures, a retrospective clinical analysis was performed in 879 cases of nasolacrimal duct obstruction.Results 797 cases(90.7%)in this group appeared the successful and free of bore epiphora following surgery.Conclusion The modified dacrycystrhinostomy is useful treatment for the patients with epiphora and chronic dacryocystitis.Also the osteotomy created , the anastomosis of nasal and lacrimal sac flaps, put rubber tube on the osteotomy, inraoperative and postoperative bleeding were discussed in detail. ......
