     摘要: 目的：观察同期病灶清除植骨融合内固定术治疗胸腰椎结核的临床疗效。方法：自1998年8月～2003年9月应用同期病灶清除植骨融合内固定术治疗胸腰椎结核并随访46例，平均随访2.5年，按Moon植骨成功的观察标准及胸腰椎结核的治愈标准，对胸腰椎结核患者术前、术后的疼痛、结核中毒症状及并发症等情况进行评价。结果：胸腰椎后凸畸形全部矫正(P<0.05)。平均12 d后下床活动。术后6个月骨性融合率为60%、12～18个月骨性融合率为90%。28例合并截瘫患者神经功能平均恢复3级(Frankel分级)；结核治愈率为98%。结论：同期病灶清除植骨融合内固定术可有效地治疗胸腰椎结核,并能够同时矫正胸腰椎后凸畸形，患者可早期下床活动。

    Clinical analysis of debridement and fusion with internal fixation in the treatment of thoracic and lumbar spinal uberculosis

    Abstract：Objective: To evaluate the clinical result about debridement and fusion with internal fixation to treat thoracic and lumbar spinal tuberculosis. Methods: Fortysix cases of thoracic and lumbar spinal tuberculosis were treated with combination of debridement、fusion and internal fixation. Moon method was used to assess the fusion rate of the spinal and the clinical sympton and complication were compared befor and post surgery. Results: All cases were followup for average of 2.5 years. Neurological functions of all cases were assessed by Frankel grade, kyphotic deformity was corrected (P<0.01). The cases used internal fixation had a higher recovery rate (98%), and quicker recovery speed.
