摘要：目的：探讨T环方位异常和形态异常对QT离散度(QTd)的影响及QTd在心室复极异常时的临床意义。方法：87例原发性T环异常患者分为2组，T环方位异常组50例,T环形态异常组37例，50例T环完全正常者作为对照组，对各组进行了心电测量和心向量分析，并比较了各组的QTd。结果：对照组、T环方位异常组、T环形态异常组的QTd≥50 ms者分别占8.0%、54.0%、24.3%，T环方位异常和形态异常组的QTd均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：原发性T环异常不论是方位异常还是形态异常均可引起QTd的异常，但反映QTd异常的导联却与心肌缺血部位、T环方位和形态改变无直接对应关系,只能反映心室复极异常，而不能作为反映心肌复极区域性离散指标。关键词：心向量图; 原发性T环异常; QT离散度
Investigation the correspondence of essential T vector changes to QT dispersion

Abstract: Objective：To investigate the T vector changes correspondence to QT dispersion in abnormal ventricular repolarization. Methods：To measure abnormal T vector deviation and morphology as well as QT dispersion in 87 patients compared with control group of 50 patients. Results：The abnormal T vector deviation and morphology in patients with evidently increased QT dispersion were compared with that in control group (P<0.05). Conclusions：Both T vector deviation and morphology abnormal will increase QT dispersion,while, there is no relative relationship between localization of the myocardial ischemia in 12 leads electrocardiography and T vector change. It can only indicate that the abnormal ventricular repolarization, not the index of regional heterogenous ventricular repolarization. ......
