P53和PCNA在大肠癌组织中的表达及生物学行为的研究

     【摘要】目的了解P53蛋白和PCNA蛋白在肠癌中的表达及其生物学行为的关系。方法采用免疫组化技术(SP法)对57例肠癌组织进行P53和PCNA检测。结果 P53和PCNA阳性表达率分别为824%、754%，P53阳性表达率及PCNA强阳性表达率均与肠癌浸润深度、淋巴结转移密切相关，差异具有显著性(P<005)。结论 P53基因和PCNA可能与肠癌的浸润、转移及预后有关。

    【Abstract】 Objective To study the relationship of the expression and biological behavior of protein P53 and proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA) in colorectal carcinoma.Methods P53 and PCNA in 57 cases of colorectal carcinoma were detected by immunohistochemistry (SP technique).Results The positive rates of P53 and PCNA were 824% and 754% respectively.The rates of positivity for P53 and strong positivity for PCNAA were correlated with the depth of invasion and lymph node metastasis in colorectal carcinoma.And the differences were statistically significant (P<005).Conclusion The expression of P53 and PCNA may be related with depth of invasion,lymph node metastasis and clinical value of predicting prognosis. ......
