摘要: 目的: 探讨多种眼表因素异常在糖尿病干眼症发病中的作用。方法: 对107例汉族(乌鲁木齐市)2型糖尿病患者存在的干眼症状及有关的眼表因素(泪液基础分泌、泪膜稳定性、泪液性状、角膜上皮完整性)检查结果量化后进行单因素及多因素的非条件Logistic回归分析。结果： 泪膜稳定性下降(P=0.020, OR=12.268)，泪液基础分泌量减少(P=0.007, OR=5.398)，与糖尿病人干眼症发生呈显著正相关，差异有统计学意义。结论： 泪膜稳定性下降、泪液基础分泌量减少在汉族2型糖尿病患者干眼症的发病中起一定作用。关键词： 2型糖尿病；干眼症；发病因素；非条件Logistic回归分析
The analysis of the pathogeny of dryeye in type 2 diabetic patients

Abstract: Objective: To explore the relationship between multivariate ocular factors and the development of dry eye in type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods: One hundred and six cases with type 2 diabetes mellitus were selected and evaluated with a series of ocular testing of the Schirmer I, the tears film stability, the staining with fluorescein sodium on cornea and the tears ferning. A questionnaire about dry eye was surveyed. Oneway and multivariate nonconditional logistic regression analysis were used to analyze the relation between multivariate ocular factors and the development of dry eye in type 2 diabetes mellitus. Results: The unstable tears flilm (P=0.020, OR=12.268) and the decrease of basal tears secretion (P=0.007, OR=5.398)had positive relationship with the development of dry eye in type 2 diabetes mellitus. Conclusion: Our date showed that the unstable tear flilm and the decrease of basal tears secretion might play a role in the development of dry eye in type 2 diabetes mellitus. ......
