【摘要】 目的 探讨人黑色素瘤组织中肿瘤浸润淋巴细胞(tumor infiltrating lymphocyte，TIL)的形态学特征。方法 采用光镜、透射电镜和免疫组化方法观察9例人皮肤黑色素瘤组织中TIL的分布及形态变化。结果 肿瘤浸润淋巴细胞主要分布在癌周区，病变早期，TIL数量多、集中分布；病变晚期，TIL数量少、散在分布。病变早期TIL数量明显高于病变晚期(P<0.01)。电镜下，可见肿瘤浸润淋巴细胞核大，胞质少，核较圆。TIL与肿瘤细胞有接触。结论 本试验提示黑色素瘤组织中TIL数量多少与肿瘤的进展有关。TIL与肿瘤细胞关系密切。

    Morphological observation on tumor infiltrating lymphocytes in tumor tissue of melanoma

    【Abstract】 Objective To study the morphological characteristics of tumor infiltrating lymphocytes (TIL) in tumor tissue of human melanoma. Methods The distributive and morphological changes of TIL were observed by light microscopy, electron microscopy and immunohisochemistry.Results TIL mainly appeared in the tumor-surrounding tissue. The number of TIL was more and concentrated distribution in the earlier stage, but it was a little and decentralized distribution in the later stage. The number of TIL was much more in the earlier stage than in the later stage (P<0.01).Under electron microscope, the nucleus of TIL was big. The cytoplasm of TIL was little. The nucleus was round in shape. There were the contacts between TIL and tumor cell.Conclusion The numbers of TIL are related to the progress of tumor. There is a close relationship between TIL and tumor cell. ......
