四种肿瘤标志物在原发性肝癌诊断中的应用价值

     摘要: 目的: 探讨肿瘤标志物甲胎蛋白(AFP)、L岩藻糖苷酶(AFU)、谷氨酰转肽酶(GGT)、5′核苷酸(5′NT)在原发性肝癌(PHC)诊断中的应用价值。方法: 110例分为2组，PHC组70例，正常对照组40例，采用电化学发光仪检测2组血清AFP水平，采用LX20型生化仪检测2组AFU、GGT、5′NT 水平，并分析4种肿瘤标志物对PHC的诊断价值。结果: PHC组血清AFP、AFU、GGT、5′NT水平均明显高于正常对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05～0.01)。AFP、GGT、5′NT、AFU对PHC诊断的敏感性分别为71.42%、68.57%、32.86%、21.43%，AFU、GGT、5′NT检测的特异性均为100.00%,AFP检测特异性为95.00%，4种血清肿瘤标志物联合检测敏感性为92.85%。结论: 肿瘤标志物AFP、AFU、GGT、5′NT 对PHC有一定的诊断价值,4种肿瘤标志物联合检测可提高诊断PHC的敏感性。

    Abstract: Objective: To probe the diagnostic value of a1fetoprotein(AFP), aLfucosidase(AFU), rglutamyl transpeptidase(GGT), 5′nucleotidase(5′NT) for primary hepatocellular larcinoma (PHC). Methods: One hundred and ten case were divided into PHC group and normal control group. Electrochem cuminescence method was used to detect serum AFP, LX20 biochemical instrument for AFU, GGT and 5′NT of these two groups. Results: The serum level of AFP, AFU, GGT and 5′NT in PHC group were significantly higher than that of in control group (P<0.05～0.01). The sensibility of AFP, GGT, 5′NT and AFU for PHC were 71.42%, 68.57%, 32.86% and 21.43%. The specificity of AFU, GGT, 5′NT, AFU were 100.00%, 100.00%, 100.00%, 95.00%, respectively. The sensibility of these four tumor markers was 92.85%. Conclusions: These four tumor marker have some diagnostic value for PHC. ......
