加压滑动鹅头钉治疗股骨粗隆间骨折56例临床观察

     摘要: 目的：观察加压滑动鹅头钉在股骨粗隆间骨折治疗中的应用及疗效。方法：采用切开复位加压滑动鹅头钉治疗了56例股骨粗隆间骨折患者，并进行了随访。结果：55例随访6~36个月，骨折均甲级愈合，无内固定物松动、折弯或断裂，无髋内翻、肢体外旋和短缩畸形，患髋功能优良率达83.7%。结论：加压滑动鹅头钉治疗股骨粗隆间骨折具有复位效果好、固定可靠、并发症少、能早期起床活动等优点，是首选的治疗方法之一。

    Clinical observation of 56 cases of intertrochanteric fractures treated by the dynamic hip screw

    Abstract: Objective: To observe the curative effects of the application of the dynamic hip screw in the treatment of intertrochanteric fractures. Methods: Fiftysix patients sufferred intertrochanteric fractures had been treated with dynamic hip screw and followed up. Results: All but one cases had been followed up for 6 to 36 months, all fractures healed for the first rate without screw broken or internal fixity brokendown, coxa adducta etc, the excellent rate of joint function was 83.7%. Conclusion: The dynamic hip screw is one of the best treatment for intertrochanteric fractures due to its advantages of satisfactory positioning, strong fixation, little complication and early exercise could be obtained. ......
