【摘要】 目的 观察肿瘤患者放、化疗后外周血淋巴细胞损伤及免疫功能损伤，并观察双灵固本散(原中华灵芝宝)的保护作用。方法 60例肿瘤患者分成四组，分别为放疗对照组、服用双灵固本散放疗组(双灵放疗组)、化疗对照组和服用双灵固本散化疗组(双灵化疗组)。用CB法测定外周血双核淋巴细胞微核率，比较四组肿瘤患者在放、化疗前、后外周血双核淋巴细胞微核率(MNR)、T淋巴细胞转化率(TLTR)及免疫球蛋白Ig(IgG、IgA、IgM)的变化。结果 放疗对照组和化疗对照组放、化疗后MNR(‰)明显升高，而TLTR(%)和Ig(IgG、IgA、IgM)均明显降低；双灵放疗组和双灵化疗组在放化疗后，MNR(‰)、TLTR(%)和Ig(IgG、IgA、IgM)均无明显变化。结论 4组肿瘤患者放、化疗后外周血双核淋巴细胞微核率(‰)与T淋巴细胞转化率(%)呈负相关关系。

    【Abstract】 Objective To explore the Ganoderma Complex Power(GCP)protecting the patient with tumor from the injury of peripheral blood lymphocytes and immuaity after radiotherapy or chemotherapy.Methods The 60 patients with tumor were divided into four groups,namely the radiotherapy control group、the taking GCP radiotherapy (GCP radiotherapy group)、the chemotherapy control group and the taking GCP chemotherapy group (GCP chemotherapy group).A Comparison was made in the four groups by measuring their cytokineses-blocked micronucleus rates in peripheral blood lymphocytes(MNR)、T lymphocyte transformation rates(TLTR)and immunoglobulin(Ig,-IgG、IgA、IgM).The MNR was measured by CB method.Results As compared with those before the therapy,the MNR in the two control groups after radiotherapy or chemotherapy was significantly higher,but the TLTR and the lg lower.the MNR、the TLTR and the lg (IgG、IgA、IgM)in the two GCP groups after radiotherapy or chemotherapy were no significantly difference than those before the therapy.Conclusion There existed a nagative correlation between the MNR and the TLTR in the four groups. ......
