【摘要】 目的 探索以代谢评估为指导，用药物溶解尿酸结石的规范化途径。方法 以标准化的广泛式代谢评估为指导，使用枸橼酸盐和别嘌呤醇对32例肾尿酸结石病人进行溶石治疗，同时长期维持用药并采取其他保守疗法以预防结石复发。结果 32例病人的临床症状消失，结石全部溶解，随访1～2年，结石无复发。结论 应在标准化的代谢评估指导下，使用枸橼酸盐溶解尿酸结石，并防止其复发。

    Metabolic evaluation and dissolution therapy of uric acid calculi

    【Abstract】 Objective To look for a standard way to cure uric acid calculi with medicine.Methods Under the guide of the standard and widespread metabolic evaluation,citrate and allopurinol were used to treat 32 patients with uric acid calculi in kidney.These two kinds of medicine were used in the long term together with other conservative treatment to prevent the recurrence of calculi.Results In these 32 cases,all clinical syndrome disappeared and all the calculi dissolved.After 1～2 years'follow-up,no recurrence of calculi was found.Conclusion Citrate should be used to dissolve uric acid calculi and to prevent the recurrence of calculi under the guide of the standard metabolic evaluation. ......
