【摘要】 目的 观察中药加针灸疗法对麻痹性斜视的临床疗效。方法 64例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，对临床症状的改善和疗效进行比较。结果 两组疗效相比，治疗组有效率94.44%，对照组有效率75%，两组疗效相比，差异有非常显著性(P<0.01)。结论 中药加针灸疗法对后天性麻痹性斜视有良好疗效。

    【Abstract】 Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of herbal with acupuncture on paralysis of strabismus.Methods Sixty-four cases were randomly assigned to treatment group and control group,and the therapy for complete improvement of clinical symptoms were compared.Results The effective rate was 99.44% in the treatment group and the effective rate was 75% in the control group.There was a very significant difference between the two groups in the therapeutic effect(P<0.01).Conclusion Herbal and acupuncture and moxibustion therapy have a therapeutic action on acquired paralysis of strabismus.
