摘要:目的 评价肺结核并发慢性肺源性心脏病心衰应用门冬氨酸钾镁治疗的临床疗效和安全性。 方法 对223例肺结核并发慢性肺源性心脏病心衰患者进行前瞻性、开放的随机对照临床试验，在常规的抗痨及治疗慢性肺源性心脏病心衰基础上;治疗组(121例)给予门冬氨酸钾镁治疗，对照组(102例)不予门冬氨酸钾镁观察其对心功能恢复的影响、并发症的发生率及死亡率情况。 结果 治疗组心功能好转率明显高于对照组(P<0.01);而心律失常发生率、心功能恶化及死亡率均低于对照组(P<0.01及P<0.05)。 结论 肺结核并发慢性肺源性心脏病心衰时应用门冬氨酸钾镁治疗可明显改善预后;门冬氨酸钾镁可作为治疗肺结核并发慢性肺源性心脏病心衰的常规药。
