大鼠腹膜伤害性刺激cfos在中枢神经系统表达的实验研究

摘要: 目的: 研究大鼠腹膜伤害性刺激cfos在中枢神经系统的表达及分布。 方法 :将1%的乙酸注入大鼠腹膜腔造成腹痛模型,用免疫组化ABC法检测中枢神经系统内cfos阳性神经元的分布。结果:A组(对照组)T6~L3脊髓后角、臂旁核、室旁核有少量cfos表达,实验组与对照组比较Cfos蛋白表达差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),提示cfos阳性神经元呈双侧分布,主要分布于T6~L3脊髓后角、延髓孤束核、臂旁核、蓝斑核、下丘脑、室旁核、视上核、杏仁核。结论:T6~L3脊髓后角、延髓孤束核、臂旁核、蓝斑核、下丘脑、室旁核、视上核、杏仁核与 大鼠腹膜伤害性刺激造成的腹痛有关,本研究为进一步进行神经生物学研究镇痛机制提供了实验依据。关键词: Fos 蛋白;腹膜伤害性刺激;中枢神经系统;免疫组化
Empirical study of the rat peritoneal noxious stimulation inducing expression of cfos in central nervous system

Abstract :objective: To study expression and distribution of the rat peritoneal noxious stimulation inducing Fos protein(Fos) in central nervorus system. Method: 1% acetic acid was injected into rat peritoneal cavity to make the abdomino pain model. The localization of cfos positive neurons was detected by means of immunohistochemistry (ABC method) in central nervous system. Result: cfos of A control group is little expression in central nervorus system. Experiment groups compared with controlling group, the result has statistical value (P<0.05). The cfos positive neurons are distributed in both sides of CNS mainly located within T6~L3 posterior horn of spinal cord, nucleus tractus solitarii, parabrachial nucleus, locus cerulei nucleus; dorsal nucleus of midraph. Hypothalamus, paraventricular nucleus, supraoptic nucleus and amygdaloid nucleus. Conclusion: Above mentioned nuclei might involve in rat abdomino pain which is caused by peritoneal noxious stimulation, which offers groundwork of experiment for further studying killing pain with nervous biology. ......
