44例老年低位直肠癌的诊治分析

摘要: 目的：探讨老年低位直肠癌的临床特点及其诊断治疗原则。方法：回顾性分析我院60岁以上行手术治疗的44例低位直肠癌患者的临床资料。结果：本组病例入院前误诊率高(43.2%) ，并存病多(65.9%)，肿瘤切除率高(97.7%)，术后并发症发生率高(45.5%)。结论：早期诊断治疗，积极处理并存病，充分的术前准备，适当的手术方式以及有效预防和治疗手术并发症对于减少手术风险极为重要,高龄不是手术禁忌。关键词：老年人；低位直肠癌；手术
Low rectal cancer in elderly patients(report of 44 cases)

Abstract: Objective：To investigate the clinical characters,diagnosis and treatment of low rectal cancer in elderly. Methods：Retrospectively analyzed the clinical date of surgical treatment for low rectal cancer in 44 cases over 60 years old. Results：High preoperative misdiagnosis (43.2%), high accompanied diseases (65.9%), high rate of resection(97.7%), high postoperative complications(45.5%). Conclusion：Early diagnosis and treatment, full preoperative preparation, proper management of accompanied diseases, appropriate choice of surgical procedures, effective prevention and treatment of complications of operation are critical to reduce operation risk; Advanced age is not the contraindication for this disease. ......
