【摘要】 目的 探讨早期症状和直肠指检在直肠癌早期诊断中的重要性。方法 1983年9月～2003年5月诊治的132例直肠癌患者，首发症状到直肠指检时间与直肠癌早期诊断的相关性分析。结果 从首发症状到直肠指检的时间越早，直肠癌的Dukes临床分期越早，直肠指检的时间越晚，直肠Dukes临床分期越晚。结论 早期直肠指检对直肠癌早期诊断至关重要。

    【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the importance of early symptoms and digital rectal examination in the early diagnosis of rectal carcinoma.Methods 132 rectal carcinoma cases admitted from Sep 1983 to May 2003 were analyzed the correlations between the time from the early symptoms to digital rectal examination and the early diagnosis of rectal carcinoma.Results The time from the early symptoms to digital rectal examination is more shorter, the Dukes clinical stages is more earlier ; on the contrary , the time from the early symptoms to digital rectal examination is more longer , the Dukes clinical stages is more later.Conclusion Early digital rectal examination is very important for the early diagnosis of colorectal carcinoma.
