【摘要】 以IBA、PP333、KT植物生长调节剂为试验因子对芦笋A01(asparagua officinalis)茎尖诱导生根进行了3因子3水平正交试验，结果分析表明其芽诱生根的最佳培养基为1/2MS+0.5mg/L IBA+0.05mg/L KT+1mg/L PP333。

    【Abstract】 In this research， using 3 factors 3 levers orthogonal experiment， the study on rooting of asparagua officinalis adding different contents of IBA， PP333， KT was performed ，and the result indicated that the most appropriate media for the rooting of asparagua officinalis is 1/2MS+0.5mg/L IBA+0.05mg/L KT+1mg/L PP333.
