摘要:目的 寻找微量、快速、简便、准确检测乙型肝炎病毒表面抗原(HBsAg)的方法。 方法 用微量手指末梢血稀释液，酶联免疫法(ELISA)测定HBsAg。 结果 460份微量末稍血检出阳性HBsAg39份，阳性检出率为8.48%，与静脉血检测的阳性率为8.26%差异无显著性(P>0.05)。 结论 该法具有快速、简便、准确可靠的优点，完全可以替代静脉抽血进行HBsAg的检测。
