经氧合器吸入异氟醚调控高血压的临床研究

     摘要:目的 探讨一种灌注医师可自主操作的、可控性强的体外循环期间降压方法。方法 通过自行设计的经氧合器吸入麻醉药模型,对56例体外循环期间高血压的患者,实施经氧合器吸入异氟醚,观察其降压效果,评价其临床使用价值。结果 56例病人中,47例单凭吸入异氟醚达到满意降压效果,另外9例需加用其它药物才能达到要求的降压效果。结论 此设计是一种简单易行、灌注医师可自行调控、可控性强的降压方法。

    Clinical Study to Evaluate the Effect of adding Isolurane To the Oxygenator to Reduce Hypertension during CPB

    Abstract: OBJECTIVE To search for a method to control the hypertension in CPB.METHODS To observe the efficacy of Isoflurane to reduce high blood pressure and evaluate its clinical application. 56 patients receved isoflurane with a custom made vaporiser.RESULTS In 47 patients blood pressure was well reduced by isoflurane only. 9 patients needed the addition of other drugs.CONCLUSION The method is simple and easy but the effect of isoflurane to oxygenator oxygeration and body oxygen extraction still needs further study. ......
