失血性休克过程家兔皮层诱发电位的动态变化

摘要: 目的:观察失血性休克过程中家兔大脑皮层电位变化的规律,了解失血性休克过程脑电位变化的病理生理基础。方法:按血压分组记录不同血压点诱发电位的幅度,血压每下降10 mmHg为一组,记录各时点皮层诱发电位的正波值、负波值及峰峰值,并进行组间比较。结果:皮层诱发电位随血压下降正波、负波 、峰峰值均有下降趋势,各血压组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01),正波值在90~70 mmHg (9.31~11.97 kPa) 时较平稳,70 mmHg(9.31 kPa)以下明显下降;负波值在90~80 mmHg (11.97~10.64 kPa)、70~60 mmHg (9.31~7.98 kPa)时变化不大,随后不断下降。结论:失血性休克过程中随血压下降诱发电位幅度的变化有一定规律,有利于临床治疗和监测。关键词:失血性休克; 皮层诱发电位; 血压; 兔
Experimental study on evoke cortical potential during hemorrhagic shock in rabbit

Abstract: Objective: To investigate the rule of evoke cortical potential during hemorrhagic shock. To know about the basic principle of pathophysiology of the change of the brain's potential during hemorrhagic shock. Methods: According to blood pressure, evoke potential values of each blood pressure point were recorded and compared them. Seven rabbits were for this experiment. Results: With the blood pressure decreasing, positive wave values were decreasing (F=44.02, P<0.01), but it was static at 90~70 mmHg (11.97~9.31 kPa) , negative wave values were decreasing with the blood pressure decreasing(F=36.244, P<0.05), but at 90~80 mmHg (11.97~10.64 kPa)、70~60 mmHg (9.31~7.98 kPa) was static; pp values were tending to decreasing during this experiment(F=124.503, P<0.01). Conclusion: Evoke cortical potential has its regular change during hemorrhagic shock. It takes advantage to clinical treatment and supervise. ......
