摘要: 慢性淋巴水肿的治疗一直是国际公认的医学难题，对这种疑难疾病的治疗研究从未间断。近年来，对慢性淋巴水肿的治疗研究有了新的进展。本文选择性的阐述了对该病的机械物理、中西医药物、外科手术和基因等方面治疗研究情况，分析比较了各种治疗方法的效果。

    Abstract: The treatment of chronic lympoedema is universally regarded as a difficult medical problem and the researches in this regard have been kept on.New advance in treatment of lymphoedema has been made in recent years.Various therapies for chronic lymphoedema，such as mechanical and physical methods，western medicine and traditional Chinese medicine，surgery，gene therapy were summarized and the results in treatment of lymphoedema pa-tients were compared and analyzed.
