睾丸酮对小鼠脑缺血损伤后神经元和星形胶质细胞凋亡的影响

     摘要: 目的: 研究睾丸酮对小鼠脑缺血损伤后神经元和星形胶质细胞(AST)凋亡的影响。方法: 采用免疫组化法,观察切除睾丸及补充睾丸酮后小鼠脑缺血损伤后星形胶质细胞凋亡情况。结果: 正常对照组没有细胞凋亡出现。睾丸切除+睾丸酮治疗组、脑缺血损伤组、睾丸切除+脑缺血损伤组、睾丸切除+脑缺血损伤+睾丸酮治疗组均检测到细胞凋亡。以上各组与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论: 睾丸酮对小鼠脑缺血损伤后神经元和星形胶质细胞的凋亡作用不明显。

    Effects of androgen on the apoptosis of astrocytes after brain achemia injury in rats

    Abstract : Objective: To study the effects of androgen on the apoptosis of the neuron and astrocytes after cerebral ischemia injury. Methods: To investigate the apoptosis of astrocytes with TUNUL in adult male rats with orchidectomy and testosterone treatment. Result: TUNUL staining showed that the apoptosis positive cannot be checked out in normal group but in all ischemia group. statistic revealed there are significant changes of apoptosis cell between groups of ischemia 2 d and ischemia+castration 2d, ischemia 7d and ischemia+castration 7d, ischemia+ castration 2d and ischemia+castration+testosterone treatment 2 d (P<0.05). Conclusion: Testosterone treatment can protect neurons and astrocytes after cerebral ischemia injury. ......
