草棉花总黄酮对小鼠免疫性肝损伤的保护作用

     摘要: 目的: 研究草棉花花瓣不同提取物FGFⅠ、FGFⅡ对小鼠免疫性肝损伤的保护作用。方法:采用卡介苗(BCG)+脂多糖(LPS)造成免疫性肝损伤动物模型,观察本品对小鼠血清ALT、AST活性及肝组织匀浆SOD、MDA、GSHPX、NO水平的影响,并观察肝组织病理学改变。结果: FGFⅡ可明显降低小鼠血清中ALT、AST活性,同时能减少肝匀浆MDA、NO含量,并能使降低的肝匀浆SOD、GSHPX活性升高。FGFⅡ小剂量可使肝脏脏器系数降低。FGFⅠ不同剂量可以降低ALT活性,但不能降低AST活性,大剂量可降低MDA含量,而对肝组织匀浆其它指标FGFⅠ不同剂量均没有作用。结论: FGFⅡ有明显的保肝作用,FGFⅠ虽有一定的保肝作用,但效果不如FGFⅡ。

    Hepatoprotective effect of Flos Gossypium Flavonoid on the hepatic damage of immunity in mice

    Abstract: Objective: To investigate the hepatoprotective effect of Flos Gossypium Flavonoid (FGFⅠ, FGFⅡ) on immunological liver injury in mice. Method: The models of hepatic damage of immunity were induced by BCG+LPS. The ALT、AST level in serum and MDA、 NO content, SOD、 GSHPX activities in liver homogenate, the coefficient of liver were assayed and dimensions of hepatic damage in the histopathology were observed. Results: FGFⅡ(70, 35 mg/kg) was found to significantly decrease the serum transaminase activities. Meanwhile, FGFⅡ also decreased MDA, NO content and prevented the reduction of SOD , GSHPX activities in liver homogenate and FGFⅡ (35 mg/kg) decreased coefficient of liver. FGFⅠ (70, 35 mg/kg) was found to decrease the serum ALT, but cannot decrease the serum AST, FGFⅠ (70 mg/kg) also decreased MDA, but other index of liver homogenate FGFⅠ (70, 35 mg/kg) was ineffective. Conclusion: FGFⅡ show significant protective action on immunological liver injury in mice. FGFⅠ has less effect on protecting liver than FGFⅡ, though FGFⅠ has some effects. ......
