深冻异体骨复合自体骨髓修复兔桡骨节段性骨缺损

摘要: 目的:研究兔深冻异体骨复合自体骨髓对节段性骨缺损的修复及其机制。方法:36只新西兰大白兔采用桡骨15 mm节段性骨缺损模型,随机分为3组,A组植入深冻异体骨复合自体骨髓,B组植入深冻异体骨,C组植入自体骨。术后不同阶段分别行大体、组织学及X线检测。结果:(1)3组骨缺损均有成骨现象发生;(2)A、C组骨生成、骨连接情况明显优于B组;(3)A、C组骨缺损愈合时间较B组明显缩短,A、C组骨缺损均于术后8周愈合,B组骨缺损在术后10周仍未愈合。结论:提示兔深冻异体骨复合自体骨髓具有良好的组织相容性及成骨作用,其取代自体骨植骨修复骨缺损具有可能性。关键词: 异体骨; 自体骨髓; 移植; 骨缺损

Abstract: Objective: To study repairing segmental bone defects with deeplowtemperaturefrozen allogeneic bone combined with autologous bone marrow of rabbits and its mechanism.
