膀胱癌患者抑郁状态的相关因素分析

摘要: 目的：探讨膀胱癌患者抑郁状态的发生率及其相关因素。方法：采用汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)、艾森克人格问卷(EPQ)、生活事件量表(LES)对57例膀胱癌患者的抑郁状态及相关因素进行了分析。结果：57例患者中22例伴有抑郁状态，检出率38.59%。单因素分析显示：对家人、亲友、医生的关心满意度及住院费用支付方式、自身健康的评价、疼痛程度、知情与否和对家庭的责任感、收入占家庭收入的比例、生活事件、艾森克人格测查与抑郁状态的发生明显相关(P<0.05~0.01)。多因素分析结果表明:家人对患者的关心、疼痛程度、对家庭的责任感、生活事件和艾森克人格测查5个自变量进入回归方程，方程总体拟合优度为89.47%，拟合度良好。结论：膀胱癌患者的抑郁情绪与疼痛程度、社会支持、生活事件等因素相关，为膀胱癌患者的心理干预提供了依据。关键词： 膀胱癌； 抑郁状态； 相关因素
The relative factors analysis on depression in the bladder cancer patients

Abstract: Objective: To investigate the incidence and relative factors on depression in the bladder cancer patients. Methods: The 57 patients′ depression and relative factors were analysised by HAMD,EPQ and LES. Results: The 22 of 57 patients were found depression, the positive rate was 38.59%. The single factor demonstrated that the satisfaction to family, relation and dactor′s care, the cost in hospital, assessment of selfhealth, degree of pain, knowledge to disease, the responsibility to family, the patient′s earnings proportion in family incoming, the life accident, EPQ test had relation with patients′ depression (P<0.05~0.01). The multiple factor analysis demonstrated that the variable of the cares of family, pain, the responsibility to family, life of accident and EPQ test had a good relative to depression in regressive analysis. Conclusion: The bladder cancer patients′ depression has relation to pain, the social support and the life's accident, this provides a proof for psychological interference. ......
