晚期肺癌疼痛的家居治疗随访研究

摘要： 目的： 探讨肺癌疼痛在家中治疗的用药种类、疗效及其常见毒副作用，以期进一步提高晚期肺癌患者的生活质量，探索最佳的止痛治疗方式。方法： 由宁养院专业医师对111例晚期肺癌疼痛病人在家中实施止痛治疗，根据疼痛程度的不同，分别服用相应的止痛药物；以定期上门探访、电话随访为主要服务形式；以止痛治疗、心理疏导、护理指导等为主要服务内容。结果： 患者疼痛缓解率达100%，生活质量有不同程度的提高。其中止痛药物的主要副作用表现为便秘、恶心、呕吐、尿潴留、头晕、嗜睡等。结论： 家居止痛治疗能使晚期肺癌疼痛患者达到满意的止痛效果，提高生活质量，可作为失去根治性治疗机会患者疼痛的主要治疗方式之一。关键词： 晚期肺癌； 家居；止痛治疗； 生活质量
Study of efficacy on quality of life with homecare therapy in patients with advanced lung cancer

Abstract: Objective: To discuss the kind of medicine， clinical therapeutic effect and side effect on the patients with advanced lung cancer in homecare therapy， and to improve the quality of life and to explore the best way to relieve cancer pain management with homecare. Methods: One hundred and eleven patients with advanced lung cancer were provided homecare including the regular home visit and consultation by phone. They were also served with painkilling treatment, guides on psychology and home nursing. All patients were followed up during homecare therapy. Results: The pain relief rate was 100%, and the quality of life was improved. The main side effect of medicine included comstipation, nausea and vomiting, urine retention, giddy and drowsiness. Conclusion: Homecare therapy for advanced lung cancer patients can control the cancer pain and improve the quality of life, obviously. It should be one of the chief treatments for the advanced cancer patients who lost the chance for radical therapy. ......
