摘要:目的 了解江门市区人群华支睾吸虫感染状况，为防治工作提供依据。 方法 应用ELISA法检测正常人群华支睾吸虫抗体。 结果 共检测11767例，华支睾吸虫抗体阳性率9.77%。其中，成年人阳性率11.89%，学生阳性率8.60%，两者之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。成年人男性阳性率13.89%，女性阳性率8.90%，两者之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。学生男性阳性率8.89%，女性阳性率8.37%，两者之间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。 结论 江门市属华支睾吸虫感染中度流行区。开展卫生教育，防止经口感染，对正常人群开展普查普治工作，以有效控制正常人群华支睾吸虫的感染。
