HER2在维吾尔族女性乳腺癌中的表达及临床意义

     摘要: 目的：研究人类表皮生长因子受体2(HER2)在维吾尔族女性乳腺癌中的表达及与临床病理因素的关系。方法：采用SP免疫组织化学方法，检测88例维吾尔族女性乳腺癌术后标本中HER2、雌激素受体(ER)及孕激素爱体(PR)的表达情况。结果: 维吾尔族女性乳腺癌患者其HER2阳性表达率为40.9%(36/88)，而乳腺纤维腺瘤患者的HER2阳性表达率为10.0%(2/20)。两者HER2阳性表达率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)，HER2表达与ER、PR有关联(r=0.23，r=0.22, P<0.05),而在肿瘤大小、腋窝淋巴结转移及绝经状况等方面的表达差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论: HER2联合ER、PR检测有助于指导维吾尔族女性乳腺癌的治疗及预后评估。

    Expression of HER2 in Uygurs women with breast cancer and their clinical significance

    Abstract: Objective: To reveal the expression HER2 gene protein in Uygurs women with breast cancer and their clinical significance. Methods: We had detected expression of ER,PR and HER2 in 88 Uygurs female cases of breast cancer ,using the SP straining immunohistochemical technique. Results: The expression rate of HER2 between breast cancer and fibroadenoma of breast was 40.9%(36/88) and 10.0%(2/20) respectively, and the difference was significant (P<0.05 ). We also found that the expression of HER2 correlated with ER, PR, but there were no differences among other clinicopathological characters groups. Conclusions: It indicates that HER2 、ER and PR are also useful prognostic indicators in Uygurs female patients with breast cancer. ......
