【摘要】 目的 分析松果体区肿瘤的CT表现，为诊断提供帮助。方法 收集经病理证实CT资料完整的松果体区肿瘤13例，对其 CT表现进行分析。结果 本文13例中，生殖细胞瘤8例，畸胎瘤1例，松果体细胞瘤1例，胶质瘤2例，脑膜瘤1例。 其共同的CT表现为肿块、脑积水、钙化。结论 CT在松果体区肿瘤的诊断中具有重要价值。
