【摘要】 目的 探讨黄芪注射液用于治疗缺血性心脏病的临床疗效和应用。 方法 选择我院自应用黄芪注射液进行治疗的缺血性心脏病的住院和门诊患者78例为治疗组，随机抽取同时期的缺血性心脏病的住院和门诊患者40例作为对照组，对照组常规治疗，治疗组加用黄芪注射液20～30ml加入液体中静脉滴注，每天1次，14天为1个疗程。用药过程中观察两组心绞痛发作次数、疼痛程度、心电图变化，疗程前后各测血液流变学1次，将结果进行统计学分析。 结果 治疗组用黄芪注射液治疗后14天心绞痛症状、心电图改善总有效率分别为98.77%、97.44%，明显优于对照组92.50%、90.00%(P<0.05)。治疗组全血粘度、血浆粘度、红细胞压积、红细胞聚集指数显著降低，红细胞变形指数明显升高(P<0.05)，而对照组治疗前后则无明显变化(P>0.05)。两组比较，差异有显著性(P<0.05)。 结论 黄芪注射液应用于治疗缺血性心脏病，可以取得较好的临床疗效，且早期效果较明显。

    The clinical analysis of the treatment of coronary atherosclerotic

    heart disease with Huangqi injection

    【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the application and clinical effect of Huangqi injection on coronary atherosclerotic heart disease with huangqi injection.Methods 78case with coronary atherosclerotic heart disease as the treatment group was dealt with Huangqi injection(20～30ml ivdrop qd×14days).And40cases with coronary atherosclerotic heart disease as the control group was treated with traditional therapy.All of cases were observed by some clinical standard and ECG standard after14days.Some hemorheology of patients was measured before and after the treatment.Results The effective rate of clinical standard and ECG in treatment group(98.77%、97.44%)was obviously more different than that in the control group(92.50%、90.00%) ......
