【摘要】 目的 探讨哮喘患者血清中Clara细胞蛋白CC16的临床检测价值。方法 以ELISA法检测62例哮喘患者血清中CC16蛋白的含量，以30例不吸烟的健康者为对照组。结果 (1)哮喘患者血清CC16平均含量为5.48ng/ml，而对照组其平均含量为17.6ng/ml，两组比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)；(2)哮喘病程较长(≥10年)的患者较病程较短者(<10年)血清中CC16含量进一步降低，分别为4.32ng/ml和7.41ng/ml，此差异亦有显著性(P<0.05)。结论 血清中CC16蛋白显著降低是哮喘的临床检测特征之一； CC16可能是气道慢性炎症的下调因子，其减少导致气道高反应性，可加重哮喘，延长病程，应引起临床的足够重视。

    【Abstract】 Objective To estimate the clinical value of serum Clara cell protein CC16 in asthmatic patients.Methods CC16 content in serum was determined by sandwith ELISA in 62 asthmatic patients, 30 healthy subjects respectively without smoking.Results (1) Seum mean CC16 value in asthmatic patients was 5.48ng/ml,and it was lower than the serum mean CC16 value of heathy subjects respectively without smoking(17.6ng/ml) (P<0.05).(2)Serum mean CC16 value of longer course of asthma(≥10 years) was 4.32ng/ml and it was lower than the mean value of shorter course of asthma (<10 years)(7.41ng/ml) (P<0.05).Conclusion The lower serum CC16 value is one of the features of the the asthmatic patient; CC16 is proble a down-regulating factor of tracheal inflammation, and the lower CC16 value is frequently observed in higher bronchial reaction and worsen the asthma, prolong the course.It must be paid attention by clinical treatment. ......
