【摘要】 随着皮纹学研究的进展，越来越多的研究表明皮肤纹理变化与疾病之间存在一定联系。本文论述了一些主要疾病的皮纹学改变研究现状，对研究结果作了比较、分析，并对皮纹学在疾病诊断方面的研究所存在的问题和今后研究方向进行了讨论。

    【Abstract】 With the development of study on dermatoglyphics，a great deal of published research work indicates that there exists some relationship between skin texture and disease.This paper summarized the research results of der-matoglyphic characteristics of patients.The research results are compared with each other.Problems in the research and the research tendency are discussed.

    皮纹学(Dermatoglyphics)是研究人类皮肤嵴纹系统的形态、特征、功能及其应用的科学。皮纹学的知识和技术，在遗传学、法医学、临床医学以及工程技术等领域，都有着广泛的应用 [1] 。据史料记载，我国的手纹应用可以追溯到六千多年前。而现代皮纹学研究始于十九世纪末。1926年解剖学家H.Cummins和C.Midlo首先创立了“皮纹学”这一术语 [1] ，为皮纹学特别是医学皮纹学奠定了基础。

    人体是一个极度完善而高级的自控系统，各个部分既相互联系又相互制约。在正常情况下，由许多调节系统自行调节来维持生理环境的相对稳定，并对外界变化及时做出适应性改变。当人体某些调节系统发生故障或发生病理性改变时，必然在其相应部位发出异常信息。手掌则是人体信息相对集中的部位，各种正常和异常的人体信息都可以从手掌上予以体现 ......
